AVAILABLE POSITIONS

HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems
  • Communicate clearly with customers about options and next steps
  • Document work performed and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • HVAC troubleshooting experience
  • EPA certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)

HVAC Installer/Install Lead

What You’ll Do

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems with a focus on quality, code compliance, and cleanliness
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high standards
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Installation experience (lead experience a plus)
  • Ability to lift, work in attics/crawlspaces, and use common install tools
  • Pride in clean, professional work

HVAC Apprentice

What You’ll Do:

  • Support install and service teams
  • Learn tools, materials, and best practices on the job
  • Grow into a technician role with training and mentorship
